When it comes to fashion shows, I guess I don’t really know much. Aside from the annual Victoria Secrets fashion show and some runways on TV, I think that’s all I know. I’ve seen some live fashion shows as well but looking at those skinny long legged creatures sometimes gives me the creeps. This is the one of the reasons why some women would literally die for. Anyway, it’s not that I want to sound pessimist but we know what’s good for us.

Having that figure could be an ultimate goal for us to stay fit and fab but let’s not forget that these people have their own professional stylists and health trainers. Looking fabulous in seven weeks after giving birth means Heidi Klum not anybody else. So my tip, stay away from unhealthy food and late night eating. Walk at least 10 to 30 minutes or exercise every day. Work out if you can, be fit not because you wanted to look like a model but it’s your health at stake.
